Chinese Mustard Green - Bamboo Leaf is an upright growing mustard green. Deep green leaves with a main board, thick mid rib are very tasty and tender, excellent for stir-fry cooking. This fast growing vegetable can be harvested at any growing stage. Young plants are very good for pickling or fresh cooking. Very popular in Southern China and South East Asian. Easy to grow in mild climates.
