500 grams Shrimp, cleaned, deveined
1/2 Onion, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
5 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1 teaspoon Fish Sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 bunches Cilantro, roughly chopped
Lime Juice (from 1 Lime)
1 teaspoon Sugar
Salt and White Pepper Powder to taste
Directions :
1. Season shrimp with a pinch of salt and pepper and pour lime juice. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Melt butter in a medium skillet, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add fish sauce, worcestershire sauce, a pinch of salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon sugar, stir fry for a moment.
3. Put shrimp into the skillet, stir fry for 3 minute until the color turns pink and absorb the sauce. Add cilantro, stir it well, serve.
