Baked Broccoli and Cheese - Brokoli Panggang dengan Keju

Ingredients :

2 heads fresh broccoli, cut into florets
Mozzarella Cheese
Smoked Cheese

Ingredients for Cheese Sauce :

˝ Onion, minced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon All Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
5 tablespoons Cheddar Cheese
100 ml Plain Milk
˝ teaspoon White Pepper Powder

Directions :

1. Boil water in medium pan, cook broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes until tender, drain the water, set aside.
2. Cheese Sauce : heat vegetable oil and unsalted butter in a medium skillet. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Pour flour while stirring. Add plain milk little by little, keep stirring. Put in cheddar cheese and white pepper powder. Cook until a little bit thickened and boil.
3. Preheat oven on 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
4. Prepare heat resistant plate. Put the broccoli in. Pour cheese sauce, put mozzarella and smoked cheese over it.
5. Baked broccoli and cheese for 15 minutes, serve.
