1 block Soya Beancake (Tempe), cut into 5 x 5 x 1 cm
1 clove garlic, minced
A pinch of Salt and Pepper
A little Water
Vegetable Oil
Directions :
1. In a small bowl, pour a little water, add minced garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mi it well.
2. Soak beancake in liquid mixture, set aside for 5 minutes.
3. Heat vegetable oil in medium skillet.
4. Deep fry beancake until golden brown, drain on paper towel. Best served hot.
