500 grams Ground Beef
1 sheet White Bread, without crust, soak with 7 tablespoons white plain Milk
1 tablespoon Bread Crumbs
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon White Pepper Powder
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Onion, minced
Directions :
1. In a big bowl, mix all ingredients for burger meat. Mix it well, make little patties.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon unsalted butter in a medium pan, cook burger patties 5 minutes per side or until well done.
3. During the last 2 minutes, lay a slice of smoked cheese on top of each patty. Put the pan lid on for 1 minute until the cheese melted.
4. For mayonnaise sauce, in a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, tomato sauce, pepper, sugar and lime juice. Set aside.
5. Divide burger bun into 2 pieces. Spread unsalted butter and mayonnaise mixture. Put the patty on the bottom half of the bun, add a slice of tomato. Top it off with lettuce and the other half of the bun. Serve.
