Garlic Cheese Bread - Roti Panggang dengan Bawang Putih dan Keju

Ingredients :

1 loaf White Bread, cut into 2 each slice
4 cloves Garlic, minced
7 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder (I want it to be spicy)
Mozzarella Cheese, thinly sliced

Directions :

1. In a small bowl, mix unsalted butter, minced garlic, cheddar cheese, olive oil and black pepper powder. Mix it well.
2. Spread each slice of bread with butter mixture.
3. Place sliced mozzarella cheese over the butter.
4. Preheat oven on 175 Celsius degrees for 15 minutes.
5. Place the bread in the oven for 10 minutes.
6. Best served hot.
